With a background in art, ecology, conservation and wilderness skills I am extremely passionate about the natural world and bring this into my tattoo artwork wherever I can.
I arrived at stick and poke tattooing through a love and fascination of ancient and traditional skills. I relish the delicate and ceremonial nature of creating artwork on skin, using only a needle and ink and working with you to create an everlasting piece of meaningful tattoo artwork.
Using sustainable and ethical materials is fundamental to my practice and wherever possible everything I use is soured locally, biodegradable, vegan and proven safe for the human body. The tattoo ink I use is free from nasty chemicals and inline with EU ink (REACH) legislation.

The Ancient Art Of Handpoke Tattoo
As an ancient art from, I do not use a machine to create your tattoo. Rather, your bespoke tattoo is created by hand using tiny sterile needles to inject the ink just under the skin. Although this process is slower, it is much kinder to the skin resulting in less pain and discomfort. In fact, the process is altogether much more mellow, peaceful, less invasive and in most people's opinion even enjoyable!
The designs also have a very authentic and hand-drawn, unique feel to them. Despite what some people may think they are permanent and when carried out properly they will last as long as a tattoo made by a machine. Browse My Portfolio.
